What is myACM?
The "myACM" dashboard has been created to give members access their membership details. Once you have created your ACM Account you will be able to perform the following functions through the "myACM" dashboard:

- Access Member Benefits and Email Forwarding

What is an ACM Account?
To access the online services included with ACM membership you must first create an ACM Account. Once you have successfully created your ACM account, the username will be provided in a confirmation email. The username is not a client number or an email address. What are the Terms and Conditions for ACM's Automatic Renewal Program?
ACM’s Automatic Renewal Program is a convenient way to renew your memberships and subscriptions without interruption. Your credit card will automatically be charged the relevant fees for the renewal period during the month of your membership expiration. To be eligible for ACM’s Automatic Renewal Program, you must be an active Professional or SIG Member at the time of enrollment. To enroll in or unsubscribe from ACM’s Auto Renewal Program, simply log into "myACM" and click on "My Wallet".
By opting for Automatic Renewal, you hereby authorize ACM on an automatic annual basis to:
1. Renew your ACM membership and subscriptions that you have selected.
2. Charge the applicable membership and subscription fees to the credit card that you place on file.
How can I cancel a service or membership?
To cancel a membership, subscription, or single-copy order, please contact the Member Services department.
How do I unsubscribe from email messages?
To be removed from unwanted emails simply click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the message to cancel the subscription.
You may also log in to the "myACM" dashboard with your ACM account and click on the "Electronic Mailing Lists" link on the side navigation panel to manage your lists.
Is membership required to subscribe to publications?
You can subscribe to ACM and SIG Publications without a membership. Subscribe to your publication of choice online by clicking below.
How do I claim missed issues?
Our goal is to ensure you do not miss issues from your magazine, journal, or newsletter subscriptions. To claim missing issues, please contact our Claims Department. Please review our claim policy prior to submitting claims.
Claims Policy: We will fulfill all claims on current subscriptions. Claims on lapsed subscriptions are fulfilled provided you file a claim with us within 6 months of your subscription expiration date. If issues are no longer available a refund equal to the per-issue value, based on your subscription rate, will be provided.
Who can access Digital Library content?
The ACM Digital Library is our vast collection of citations and full text from ACM journals, newsletters, and conference proceedings.
ACM Professional & Student Members who subscribe to the Digital Library receive unlimited access to full-text content.
ACM SIG Members receive full-text access to all content sponsored by their respective SIGs.
Non-Members and the public can purchase full-text articles on an individual basis.
Academic, Government, and Corporate libraries can purchase access via an academic consortia agreement or site license. Please visit the Digital Library Resource Center for more details.

Where can I find information about events and conferences?
ACM and ACM Special Interest Groups (SIGs) sponsor over 100 conferences worldwide each year. The Conferences calendar lists events by date, location, and sponsoring SIG. Lectures and events from our Distinguished Speakers and Chapters can be found through their respective calendars.
